Great Hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly staff

Fabulous facilities - loads of pools and plenty of food eateries around these with a great range of food available.

The kids club room was windowless and seem to lack any real range of things for kids to do apart from crafts.

Great family holiday

Food was good - all inclusive. Helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.

More staff in the dining room to supervise the food - children allowed to help themselves and hygiene was not good. Picking food up with fingers and then putting it back - I also saw adults do this ???? Would have been nice to have one of the pools outside heated - they were VERY cold

Food was very deliciuos, plenty for everyone; large pool, convienent place - close beach and main street; lots of activities in a hotel; rooms were cleaned daily

Clean,Modern and spacious room. Lots to do and it wasn’t far from hersonissos

So many steps and hills to get somewhere especially in the heat. I wouldn’t recommend if you have any mobility issues

Not bad

We paid for an upgrade and the room was comfortable and in a quiet location of the resort. Big pools and lots of loungers. Great desserts and not a far walk to the down town area or the beach but it is big hill to walk back up to the resort.

Some of the buffet meat was bland and cold. Not a big variety of all-inclusive cocktails or a la carte restaurants.

A very pleasant resort to stay at, good for a relaxing break.

The quality and selection of local food. The facilities onsite for a relaxing holiday. The location for exploring the local area, and the feel that although a large resort it never felt too crowded.

As a vegetarian, the labelling of what was and what was not vegetarian was less than I would have hoped for. For example there was an awesome selection of Cretan dishes and not one of them was labelled to say what it contained. The reservation of pool chairs did not appear to be controlled or even policed by the staff, even though there was a notice saying it would be.

Amazing staff and resort - no qualms is recommending

The staff are what make this property amazing. Costa the manager of the restaurant is always available with a smile and went out of his way to cater for dietary needs. The food good and plentiful. The facilities are excellent with enough to keep anyone busy. They even pack you lunch in days trips.

Nothing to not like. If you are planning day trips its a little far from Charmia and some of the exotic beaches which are in the other aide of the island. However, we had a rental car and managed to get to and see all we wanted.

A wonderful hotel with plenty to keep you entertained and great food.

Fabulous hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate rooms, great pool facilities and fantastic food options.

Only a very minor thing, the sun beds around the pool were a little cramped together in places so a larger area for this would be better.

Fun and fabulous. Great time had by all and we were 16 people aged 2-72

Close enough to walk to the beach. The pools are beautiful and kept clean. The hotel is well organised and the staff are lovely.

Not really a complaint but all inclusive is too much food for me.

A great place to stay for a family break

food was terrific very good meals and the daytime snacks were amazing The drinks were low alcohol but tasted fine you had the option of purchasing brand name drinks although we didnt feel the need during the day

had to get up early if you wanted a sunbed.. the top bar beds had all gone by 7am

Perfect Holiday

The hotel was situated in a perfect location with mountain view on side and sea view on the other. There are variety of food options available to meet everyone needs. You will always find something to eat where ever you go if you are on All inclusive package as well as beverages. Ice cream available during the day & evening!! There were plenty of pools around the hotels and snack bars. Room are spacious and cleaned everyday and topped with water & clean towels by house keeping. Shuttle bus takes you to the beach or you can walk down, only 5 mins walk. All in all everything was perfect for our family holiday :) Thank you to all the

Sun Bed War I would call it !!! The only one thing was a let down was getting a sun bed. From as early as 6am, people would come down and reserve sun beds and wont come to use it till after 10am !!! Its not really the hotel's fault. There were plenty of sun beds provided by the hotel but the fact that people would reserve them in 4/5 beds next to each for the whole family when half of the time their kids are in pool and not actually using the beds.

Food was average at best I understand that it was an all inclusive but we have been to other all inclusive hotels and food was way better Breakfast - The best in comparison with the other. Huge variety Main buffet - You can definitely find something to eat, but nothing special Dinner buffet - again nothing special Mexican Buffet Lunch - was quite good Asian night - awful !! Greek night - below average, better visit the village of Hersonissos to have some very good Greek taverna Greek Gyro at main pool - this was really good Plus when you go at the main restaurant, from the moment you enter you smell food all day !! Drinks below average but this is expected for an all inclusive resort Then we have Pools and people 'booking' sunbeds with their towels Really bad and frustrating. Hotel has to get these towels some days to stop this practice Some people have their towels all day and they appear at the pool around midday! Lastly our room If you are lucky and get one of the newer/refurbished rooms then super great (some of our party had newer rooms - superp) If you are not (we were not unfortunately) you get very dated rooms - Really bad room
